Alexander, My Goliath

Cross Counter (Ra): If Alexander fails a check to take damage, he can use a reaction without consuming his next post's action.


Apex Predator (Bioskill): is a hulking, twenty-foot tall brute and gains a +3 to PC when attacking and +3 to HP when being attacked.

Giantism (Bioskill): Alexander is a giant, and specific attributes are adjusted to match. He moves fifteen feet when other, and has an additional fifteen feet range for making physical actions.

Giant’s Howl: Alexander releases a terrifying roar that echoes for miles. Any character within a thirty-foot range of Alexander rolls an HP check against Alexander, and if they fail they take damage, and their movement action is interrupted. PC is 10+Alexander’s current modifier. The cooldown is six posts.

Wrath of an Alpha Predator: If Alexander’s HP is reduced to 0, Alexander may roll an HP against the opponent who downed him. If Alexander succeeds in the HP check, he can take a final stand and return his HP count to 1. In addition, he gains a +4 bonus to HP checks against the character who defeated him. Once per topic.

Under pressure: Alexander can activate this if he fails a stat check. He gains +1 to PC when he does. Cooldown: 5 posts.

Dig Deeper: Alexander heals himself for +5  at the rate of one point each turn. Cooldown: 10 posts

Momentum: Alexander can activate this as a reaction. If Alexander fails a HC and the opponent makes contact with him, Alexander can roll a PC of his own against his opponent’s HP. If Alexander succeeds, he deals one damage to his opponent.

Nimble (RA): If Hristina fails a HC by five or less, she can reroll the dice with a +2 modifier.

Grit (Bioskill): If Hristina fails a PC and is at one HP, she can endure that hit. If she’s standing in darkness, she will gain +1 HP. This effect may only trigger once a topic.

Determination (Bioskill): Hristina can remain conscious and active when her HP hits zero for an amount of turns equivalent to her HC modifier. If she fails any rolls during this time, or reaches the maximum posts she can stay conscious, she passes out.

Jericho, the Paradox

Deja Vu(RA): If Jericho uses a reaction and succeeds, he can gain another action he can use immediately.

Time is Distance (Bioskill): When no eyes are upon Jericho, he doesn’t occupy a stable place in the time stream. This can allow Jericho to “skip” forward in time, and move anywhere within a small range of where he currently stands. This consumes an action in the same way moving does.

Time is Unkind (Bioskill):

Latent Doom: If Jericho succeeds a HC versus an attacker, Jericho can switch places temporarily with a future version of his attacker in the time stream. The attacker then has to roll their own PC against their own HP. If the attack check succeeds, Jericho rolls a D20-HC modifier, and the result is how many turns until the attacker takes damage from their own attack, with the lowest possible number of turns being 0. Cool down: 6 posts.
